For our upcoming signature event dedicated to the complex interplay of Ethics, AI & Innovation, we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership between The House of Ethics™ and the Institute for Science, Entrepreneurship and Investments.
This collaboration seeks to advance ethics excellence, promote novel pragmatic and magnagement-infused decentralized ethics solutions for the entire AI portfolio (ML/DL, BI, genAI, agenticAI, multi-agenticAI, physical AI, VR/AG and IoMT, web3, edge and quantum architectures) in order to offer strategic and operational tools to promote responsible, sustainable innovation.

Katja Rausch
Founder @ The House of Ethics™
As a Sorbonne Linguist, Katja Rausch has accumulated over 25 years of international and cross-industry expertise as a digital strategy consultant in Europe and the US (Booz Allen & Hamilton, New York).
Simultaneously, she has been professor of Information Systems and Business Linguistics at the Master of Logistics, Marketing & Distribution at the Sorbonne Management School for 12 years.
In 2016, she started one of the first Data Ethics Master’s classes in France at the Paris School of Business. With focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and applied computer ethics she early on combined Agile Project Management, Ethical Leadership and Artificial Intelligence.
In 2021, she founded The House of Ethics™, which gained quick international reputation for its novel, managerial and interdisciplinary perspectives on ethics. With Daniele Proverbio, she developed Swarm Ethics™ inspired by collective emerging swarm intelligence to fill a practical and systemic gap in modern digital business ethics.
She has also designed and patented the Decentralized Collective Ethics Builder, an online ethics embedding knowledge graph application based on the first AIethics ontology for cross-industry integration.

Prof. Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes is a visionary leader operating at the intersection of academia, business, government and not-for-profit sectors, recognized globally for her deep tech diplomacy and digital ethics efforts. With over two decades of executive experience, she has held numerous high-impact leadership roles and has extensive complex system integration expertise, driving the development of responsible, inclusive, diverse, sustainable AI, blockchain and other deep tech innovation ecosystems at a regional, national or international level. She is an alumna of MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Columbia University, and University of Miami's Herbert Business School. In addition, she is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holding executive certifications in AI, Blockchain, Finance, Mediation, Tech Diplomacy, Human Rights, and Ethics. Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes has served as an expert advisor to numerous Fortune 100 and 500 companies, US DOD, IEEE, NIST, and EU, UN or G20-affiliated organizations, guiding them on strategic decisions around digital transformation, digital risk governance, digital trust, and digital cyber-ethics orchestration.

Daniele Proverbio
Director of Interdisciplinary Research @ The House of Ethics™
Dr. Daniele Proverbio is an interdisciplinary researcher, bridging science, humanities and innovation.
Daniele Proverbio holds a PhD in Complex Systems from the University of Luxembourg, an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs (Turin, Paris, Munich) and is currently a researcher at the University of Trento, dealing with complex systems core properties, with applications to neuroscience and the development of sustainable AI.
He is also Director of Interdisciplinary Research at the House of Ethics and co-founder of the Swarm Ethics initiative, weaving complex systems insights with ethical thinking, to bring forth a novel ethical framework for the digital age. He specialises in ethics and AI, with focus on bias, fairness and sustainability.

Dr Maria Spindler
International expert on power and group dynamics
With her process-oriented and participatory approach Dr Spindler has supported countless leadership collectives and organizations as organizational consultant, leadership developer, and group dynamics trainer with over 25 years of experience in the profit sector (including manufacturing, fin-tech, banking, hospitality, insurance, shipping) and for NGOs (including universities, foundations, administrations and political organizations). Maria Spindler is a renowned expert, author and podcaster in the field. Organisations and leadership collectives are for her the most important levers for transforming people's lives, society, and the planet in the age of AI. Dr Spindler teaches at universities on power awareness and transformation, leadership culture, strategy development and implementation, and group dynamics. She is group dynamics trainer for the Hernstein Institute and instractor trainer for the ÖGGO (Austrian Society for Group Dynamics & Organizational Consulting). Latest books on power and group dynamics include "Gruppen:Dynamik Die Gestaltung dynamischer Prozesse für Leadership, Beratung, Teams und Organisationen im 21. Jahrhundert" (Co-Editor, language German, 2023), and "The Beauty of Power. How to understand and transform power dynamics for eco-systemic future-ing" (2024).

Prof. Dr. Martin Ebers
President of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS)
Martin Ebers is the President of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS), Germany, and a Professor of IT Law at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Martin Ebers is also a permanent fellow at the Faculty of Law at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Since 2025, Dr. Ebers has led the Research Cluster “The Rule of AI — AI, Regulation, and Society” involving six Swedish academic institutions, including Stockholm University, Uppsala University, Örebro University and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Dr. Ebers latest book is “The Cambridge Handbook of Generative AI and the Law” (Cambridge University Press 2025). Since 2024, he has been Editor-in-Chief of the new open access journal “Cambridge Forum on AI: Law and Governance” at Cambridge University Press.

Dr. Caterina Bulgarella

Dr. Bulgarella is an expert in organizational culture and behavioral ethics. She is one of the co-founders and the managing director of Be Thread, a culture-transformation firm focused on ethical business growth that is pioneering the development of tech tools designed to support individual and team-level behavior and culture change. Dr. Bulgarella holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and Master’s degrees in Organizational and Personnel Psychology from New York University where she currently teaches Leadership Strategy as part of NYU’s I/O psychology Master’s program. A social scientist with over two decades of theoretical and applied research, she’s collaborated with research think-tanks like Ethical Systems and the McGuire Center for Ethics for whom she developed ethical culture and stakeholder culture models and insights. Dr. Bulgarella’s writing on culture, ethics, and leadership has appeared on Forbes, the FCPABlog, CCI, and other media outlets.. She's been featured as a speaker at a variety of conferences and fora, including Conscious Capitalism, ECI, SCCE, HCI, UNGC, SIRM, TDn2K, Consero, and the Risk Training.
